What is Martial Arts?
Generally speaking, military is about fighting and discipline—it’s not about being graceful or appealing.
On the other side, arts isn’t typically associated with fighting.
But when we put the military together with the arts, then we have something different from either—we have a sport, a discipline, and a life style.
Any sport can improve physical stamina, reflexes, strength, and motor skills. Martial arts also improves the mind, demanding memory as well as mental flexibility and adaptation.
Martial arts also teaches life skills such as respect, honor, determination, independence, and teamwork.
All of that while also teaching skills that could save your life.
